ZiPCAD|Pro's punchlist tool allows you to quickly create and manage punchlists in the field and then export them back in the office as a spreadsheet file compatible with most spreadsheet software including Excel, Access, and WordPerfect.  DXF drawings that contain the location of punchlist items can also be exported to create powerful punchlist reports that list the punchlist items in spreadsheet format with an accompanying drawing that shows the location of each punchlist item.

To create a punchlist item in the field in ZiPCAD|Pro, simply tap the location of the punchlist item in your drawing and specify the details using pull-down menus that allow you to quickly select preset values such as location, due date, and type. Punchlists entries can be updated and checked off as they are completed, so your punchlists are always up to date. 

Each punchlist item is assigned a unique ID in the spreadsheet and the DXF drawing for cross-referencing, showing the exact location of each punchlist item.
