ZiPCAD|Pro is a full-featured 2-D CAD program that runs on Palm OS PDAs and Treos. It has all the 2-D features that users have come to expect from their desktop CAD program. Because ZiPCAD uses common CAD conventions, such as layers, snapping, trimming, etc., users of desktop CAD software, such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, VectorWorks, DataCAD, etc., will find its interface easy to learn.

Project managers that carry large drawing sets into the field can now carry drawing on their Palm OS handheld.  Drawing can be marked up and annotated in the field and exported back at the office.

DXF files can be exported directly to the handheld's SD card and emailed remotely. DXF drawings can be uploaded to the devices' SD card and imported into ZiPCAD.
